Order Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing, and we won’t be able to guarantee cancellation.

If canceled within the 24-hour timeframe, your refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging

• Returns must be approved by our team before shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged

• Restocking fee: Up to 25% may apply if returns fall outside our policy

💡 To begin a return, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Once approved, include your name and order number inside the return package to ensure a smooth process.

Once we receive and inspect your return (up to 10 business days), refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued in USD. Any currency exchange or processing fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Items

Your order should arrive in perfect condition. If it doesn't:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email

We’ll assess your claim and offer a replacement at no charge if the damage occurred during shipping. Normal wear, misuse, or minor packaging dents do not qualify for a damage claim.
